Bulldog Drummond's Revenge is a 1937 US adventure mystery movie. The film was directed by Louis King, produced by Stuart Walker, and written by Edward T. Lowe Jr. and Herman C. McNeile. The stars are John Howard and John Barrymore. Captain Hugh "Bulldog" Drummond is a British officer who, while driving with his friend Algy Longworth and valet Tenny, is the first to find a mysterious suitcase parachuted from an aircraft above. The suitcase was jettisoned minutes before the plane crashed. The case contains the highly explosive chemical hexanite, the plans for which have been stolen. Despite the urging of his fiancee Phyllis Claverling, Drummond is dragged into the mystery surrounding the whole affair, traveling by both train and ship to recover the formula.
