Concrete Cowboys is a 1979 American Western television film starring Jerry Reed and Tom Selleck, directed by Burt Kennedy. It was broadcast on CBS on October 17, 1979. The film is also known as Highway Action (in Finland), Nashville detective (in Italy) and Ramblin' Man, the latter under which it was released on video by a few companies, including Edde Entertainment. This made for TV movie was intended to be a predecessor for a TV series that never happened. There is plenty of action and adventure and Tom Selleck and Jerry Reed keep it fun. Plot Will Eubanks (Tom Selleck) and his rowdy gambling buddy J.D. Reed (Jerry Reed) are two good-time roustabouts. After being caught in a sting card game, the two men are forced to leave town in a hurry. Hopping on a freight train, they end up in Nashville and, mistaken for detectives, they are hired to locate a singer (Morgan Fairchild) who has mysteriously disappeared. By the time they realize this game is more than either one of them can handle, they are embroiled in an intricate blackmail scheme with deadly results. Cast Jerry Reed as J.D. The Flying Deuces, also known as Flying Aces, is a 1939 buddy comedy film. The movie stars Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. The comedy duo join the French Foreign Legion. The Haunted House is a 1921 silent comedy film starring Buster Keaton. It was written and directed by Keaton and Edward F. Cline. The film is short and has a runtime of 21 minutes. Keaton plays a teller at a successful bank. Unbeknownst to him, the manager of the bank and his gang are planning on pulling off a robbery and hiding in an old house that they have rigged up with booby traps and effects to make it appear to be haunted. After a mishap that afternoon with Keaton getting glue all over the money and himself, he almost thwarts the gang's robbery, but when the owner of the bank walks in and sees Keaton armed with a gun, he assumes it was he who tried to rob it.
