The Flying Deuces, also known as Flying Aces, is a 1939 buddy comedy film. The movie stars Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy. The comedy duo join the French Foreign Legion. The film is a partial remake of their short film Beau Hunks made in 1931. While Stan and Ollie are vacationing in Paris from working in a fish market in Des Moines, Ollie falls in love with Beautiful Georgette (Jean Parker). She is married to a Foreign Legion officer named Francois (Reginald Gardiner). When Ollie manages to come yo with the courage to propose to Georgette, she rejects him because there is someone else.
